To begin with, the packaging is adorable. It appears to be inspired by pink hair rollers with a rubberised handle. It retails for $38 here in Australia and can be picked up from your local Benefit counter in Myer.
When I was purchasing this product, the lovely sales lady explained to me exactly how it was supposed to be used. You use the top half of it to really separate and coat the lashes and then flip it over and use the other half to curl them. It has a unique 'Hook n Roll' brush that grips onto the lashes and curls them as you apply the mascara.
I found this mascara to do quite a good job on my eyelashes. Even with a curler, my eyelashes seem to drop quite quickly which can be annoying but this one was able to curl them and have them stay there without the use of a curler! One thing I liked was that it wasn't too heavy on the lashes either which is great for everyday. The only downside I found was that it didn't give a whole lot of volume unless it was really built up but I could let that slide.
If you like the sound of the unique brush and are looking for a new mascara to try out, I definitely recommend giving this one a go.
Have you tried this mascara? What did you think?
