Katy Perry Royal Revolution

Priceline recently had another one of their crazy sales and this time it was 50% off all perfume. So of course I had to go pick something up. I absolutely love Marc Jacob's perfumes but this time I thought I would mix it up so I went with Katy Perry's Royal Revolution. As it was all half price, I grabbed the 100mL bottle for $35 which I thought was an amazing price.

I couldn't help but be lured in by the packaging. It is a gorgeous blue bottle in the shape of a gem stone with a silver lid. When it comes to perfume,  I'm definitely a sucker for beautiful packaging.

Now, let me just say that I am horrible at describing scents which is probably down to the fact that I don't have a great sense of smell unfortunately but it is very easy to find all the notes of a perfume online. It's top notes are red pomegranate and pink freesia, the heart is jasmine, orange flower and sandalwood and then the base notes are 'unusual mystical blackthorn' with vanilla orchid, leather and skin musk. So as you can tell it's a beautiful floral but slightly fruity scent.

I would highly recommend this scent by Katy Perry. I've been wearing it everyday since I bought it. I'd definitely be interested in trying out her other perfumes.
