Happy Birthday To Me!

It's that time of year again. I'm another year older and hopefully another year wiser. It was my 24th birthday on Sunday the 12th of April and to say that  got spoilt is well and truly an understatement. I was so grateful for all the love and presents I received. I thought I would show you all the makeup I was given (everyone who knows me knows that makeup is the way to my heart). 

That lovely boyfriend of mine went on a little New Zealand getaway to see his family and came back bearing a couple of gifts. He splurged on some lipsticks for me and I was so impressed! He bought the Yves Saint Laurent Babydoll Kiss & Blush in number 6 as well as the Chanel Rouge Allure Velvet in number 42 L'Eclatante. They're both such incredible products so let me know if you'd like a review on them!

Next up were the girls from work. I was lucky enough to receive more beauty items from my adorable little team! They gifted me the Nars highlighter in Albatross which was on my wishlist so I'm ever so grateful and they also gave me the Urban Decay single eyeshadow in Chopper which I believe comes in the Naked 2 palette. The eyeshadow shade is right up my alley and I'm loving it so far.

Lastly, I went shopping with my mum on my actual birthday and she bought me a few items from Mecca. I chose two items from Nars which were their very famous blush in Orgasm and Laguna bronzer. So far, they're living up to the hype. The lucky last product I received was the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray. I haven't had the chance to put this to the real test yet but I'll be sure to report back once I have!

I had such a good birthday weekend and got spoilt rotten. I'm so grateful for all my family and friends that helped me celebrate my birthday this year.
