Monthly Favourites | April 2015

And once again, we're moving onto another month of the year. We're closing in on the middle of the year and we're all left wondering the same old question, where is the year going? So again, I'm here with a monthly favourites post including beauty products and miscellaneous things. 

#1 L'Oreal True Match Foundation in N3
I finally picked up a shade to match my slightly faded tan skin and have not stopped using it since. It's probably my favourite foundation of all time and I always find myself going back to it. It's the perfect medium buildable coverage and doesn't feel like you're caking it onto your face. It's always a product I recommend to family and friends.

#2 Nars Laguna Bronzer
I finally got my hands on this one for my birthday and again, haven't stopped using it. It's a beautiful bronzer with just a slight bit of shimmer that works for both day and night. I can use this product to bronze as well as contour which is perfect. It's a cult favourite amongst the beauty community and I can totally see why. Check out my Nars post with this bronzer here.

#3 Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in Transparent
After running out of my second Face of Australia Loose Translucent Powder I thought I would give this a go after hearing so many people rave about it. It's definitely worth the hype and keeps my makeup in place all day. It really does give a very matte finish but I don't mind this. If you're in the market for a new powder to set your makeup, give this one a go.

#4 YSL Baby Doll Kiss & Blush in #6
I received this as a gift from my boyfriend when he came back from New Zealand and I have fallen in love with it. It's my perfect red and my most favourite in my collection. It's so smooth and comfortable on the lips and has great staying power as well. I love this for special occasions when I really want to make a statement with my lips. 

#5 Netflix and Gossip Girl
When I first jumped onto the Netflix bandwagon, Gossip Girl jumped at me. I had not watched the show in years and remembered that I had never gotten around to watching the last season. So of course, I've now been watching it from the start and haven't been able to stop. I'm currently on Season 3 and absolutely loving every second of it. It really brings me back to loving it in highschool. 

#6 Bloglovin'
If you haven't hear of Bloglovin' and you're a blog fanatic, I don't know where you've been. It's basically just a site to follow all your favourite blogs on and others can follow you.
